• 2 ½ cups (325 grams) all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ cup corn starch
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup shortening
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 ½ cups of powdered sugar
• 2 to 3 Tbsp 2% milk
• Food Coloring – various colors (See Piping)
• Hot pink & yellow sugar crystals
