CCVanB's Recipes: German Chocolate Cake Bars

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup coconut flour
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 cup coconut oil or grass-fed butter (melted)
• 1 egg white (reserve the yolk!)
• 1/2 of a 13.5 oz can of coconut milk (I used "light")
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 1 Tbsp coconut flour
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I use the "Enjoy Life" brand)
