- 1 Onion
- 1 Bulb Garlic
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 -2 Tsp Grated Horseradish
- 6- 8 Button Mushrooms, sliced
- 25g Diced Pancetta
- 1 Chilli, half diced, half sliced
