Beef Stroganoff recipe: This is not the Beef Stroganoff you normally see, when finished it is Pink and not Brown. This recipe is tomato based but very YUMMY.

- 1 lb Beef Sirlion cut in 1/4-1/2 in cubes
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onions chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Cooking Sherry
