- 2 cups washed sugar beans
- ½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 stem curry leaf
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri masala
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon roasted dhania (coriander) jeerah powder
- 3 potatoes cut in halves
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons tamarind
