Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Burgundy or other red wine
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs if desired
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced if desired
- 6 slices Havarti cheese
- 6 slices Gouda cheese
