Chicken Cheese Balls recipe by The Kitchen Girl

Ingredients

• 250g Chicken fillet raw
• 2 spring onion Sticks
• 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
• 1 teaspoon Chopped Ginger pieces
• 1 tablespoon soft ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
• 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
• ½ teaspoon Paprika
• ½ teaspoon Siracha Chilli Sauce or any peri peri sauce
• ¼ teaspoon Sugar
• ¼ teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda
• 1 Egg Yolk, keep the whites aside
• ¼ Cup of Water
