- 120 g / 4 oz Appenzeller® cheese, finely grated
- 25 g / 1 oz white flour
- 1 egg
- 60 ml / 2 fl oz milk
- pepper
- Appenzeller® cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 red onion
- some basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
