Ingredients
- 1 can (14 3/4 ounce) cooked salmon (save 2 Tablespoon juice)
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion
- 2 large eggs (well beaten)
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs (might need 1/4th cup more)
- oil (vegetable oil, 1/3 cup)
