• 1 Cup Fresh Wish Farms strawberries, rinsed with tops cut off
• 2 Tablespoons honey
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 Teaspoon salt
• 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
• 2 Cups spring mix
• 1/2 Cup Wish Farms strawberries, rinsed and sliced
• 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
• 1/2 Avocado, sliced
• 4 oz goat cheese log, sliced
• Sunflower seeds for sprinkling
