Ingredients

• 1 loaf French bread, cut on the diagonal into 1-inch thick slices
• 1/4 cup Fustini's Pesto olive oil
• 1 cups diced tomatoes (colorful varieties)
• 1 cup Fustini's 12 Year White balsamic
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 8 ounces Fontina cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup fresh basil, chiffonade, for garnish
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Pyramid sea salt, for garnish
