- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup granola (Olde Man Granola)
- 3 TBSP Curry(good quality hot curry)
- 1/2 cup sauteed onion (preferrably sweet yellow- however white will do.)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
