Ingredients

• Salt, to taste
• 400g chopped tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp turmeric

• Pinch sugar
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 bay leaves
• 20g unsalted butter
• Splash single cream
• 2 large naan
• 100g low moisture mozzarella, shredded
• 1/2 onion, finely diced
• Handful coriander, finely chopped
