Ingredients

• 1/2 pineapple, sliced thinly
• 1 lime
• Chilli powder (we use Kashmiri chilli, but whatever you have at home will work)
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 1/4 salt
• A few mint leaves, thinly sliced
