Ingredients

• 50 ml lime juice
• 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp soy sauce light
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 garlic clove finely grated
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped
• 1 tbsp cucumber finely chopped
• 1/2 fresh hot red chilli very finely chopped
• 50 ml caster sugar or honey
