Name: Cookie dough
Ingredients: 100g ripe banana/fruit puree; 20g tahini; 20g almond flour; 20g oat flour; 1 vanilla pod; 80ml milk; 2g agar agar; Chocolate chips to taste; Combine all the ingredients, pour into a mold of at least 14 cm.; Insert 1 ecodose and the basket where to place the mold into the PAP and cook for 25 minutes from when it comes to pressure.
