Ingredients

• 1 pound 93/7 ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 1 T Kosher salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp granulated garlic
• 1 tsp granulated onion
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into 1/8-inch cubes
• 8 turkey bacon strips, thinly sliced, cut in half
• 12 jalapeno peppers, seeded and deveined
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup honey
