- ½ kg a small chat potato, cut in ½ and boiled till soft
- ½ a bunch of shallots, finely chopped
- ¼ cup of sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 avocado, skin and pip removed and cut into cubes
- ½ a bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp of water
