Firey Holiday Cranberry Salsa, A Delicious Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

• 3 cups fresh cranberries
• 1 cup water
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 jalapeno chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
• 2 Tbs. red onion, finely chopped
• 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 Tbs. honey
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 Tbs. orange zest
• 1 orange, peeled and chopped
• 1 sweet apple, peeled, cored, and chopped into small chunks
• 2 Tbs. cilantro, washed and chopped
