• 8 Slices smoked pancetta, thin
• 4 Bocconcini, sliced
• Mixed salad leaves
• 8 Brioche slider buns
• Small bamboo skewers
• 3 Red onions, peeled and sliced
• 1 tbls olive oil
• ⅓ Cup brown sugar
• ¾ Cup dried cranberries
• ⅓ Cup red wine
• 3 tbls balsamic vinegar
• 1 + ½ tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp cracked black pepper
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 Star anise pod
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp ground cloves
• ½ tsp ground nutmeg
