• 1½ cups chicken broth (or combination of broth and oyster juice)
• 1 cup oysters, chopped
• 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
