• 1 1/2 C Milk (Dairy or Non)
• 3 Tbs Flour (of your choice)
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Thyme
• 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
• 1 C finely diced Red bell pepper
• 1/3 C shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 3 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 Scallions, minced (or 1/4 C onions)
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 head Cauliflower, cut into small florets
