Ingredients

• 1 tray of two Exceldor breasts cut into strips
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• 2 onions, thinly sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
• Homemade or store-bought pizza dough
• ½ cup (125 ml) homemade or store-bought BBQ sauce
• 1 cup (250 ml) grated smoked Gruyère
• 1 cup (250 ml) grated mozzarella
• ¼ cup (60 ml) chopped fresh coriander
• ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh chives, chopped
• ¼ cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley
• Drizzle of olive oil
• Drizzle of white balsamic vinegar
