NetCooks - Maries Three Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup vinegar
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp. water
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp. pepper (do not add black pepper til the end, when the dressing is cooling)
• 2 cans corn
• 2 cans peas
• 2 cans lima beans
• 1 green pepper, chopped fine
• 1 onion, chopped fine
• 1 cup celery, chopped fine
• 1 small jar pimiento
• 1 medium jar of mushrooms, sliced
