Yogurt Dipped Fruit Lollies –
These Yogurt Dipped Fruit Lollies make for a healthier summer snack option and a great alternative to sugar laden ice lollies. Super simple to make and great for the kids too!
Ingredients
- 12 medium strawberries (hulled)
- 2 medium bananas (peeled, cut in half widthways)
- 2 large kiwis (peeled, sliced 1.5-2cm thick, lengthways)
- 12 standard sized wooden lolly sticks
- 200g coconut yogurt
- 60ml dairy free milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla paste
- Handful chopped mixed nuts
- 7oz coconut yogurt
- 2.1fl. oz dairy free milk
- Step 1 Start by lining a baking tray with non-stick paper or a silicone mat. Set to one side.
- Step 3 Place the remaining ingredients, except for the chopped nuts, into the NINJA CUP and run the max blend program. Transfer the yogurt into a narrow, highball style glass.
- Step 5 Notes: Prep time inclusive of a 3 hour and 30 minute setting time. Wanna double dip? Double up the yogurt ingredients!
