Ingredients

• 2-pounds ground beef
• 1-large onion, chopped
• 2-cloves garlic, minced
• 3 to 5 tbsp chili powder
• 1-tsp salt
• 1-tsp dried leaf oregano
• 1 to 2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
• 1-can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
• 1-can (16 ounce) tomatoes
• 1-cup water
• 2-cans (16 ounce) red kidney beans, drained
