• 3 ounces Loveless Cafe Country Ham
• 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
• 1/4 cup red onions, diced
• 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup half & half
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon Loveless Cafe Seasoning Salt
