• 1/2 cup La Tourangelle Coconut Oil, melted and cooled to room temperature
• 1/3 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/3 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 cup coarsely chopped chocolate chunks
• 1/3 cup toffee bits (optional)
