• 1 Small Onion ((minced or grated))
• 2-3 cloves Garlic ((minced))
• 1 tsp Salt
• Freshly ground pepper ((to taste))
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 2 tbsp Flour
• 1/4 tsp Ground Mustard
• 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 3/4 cup Light Beer
• 1 cup Cheddar Cheese ((grated))
• 1/4 cup Pickle Relish
• 1/4 cup Pickled Jalapenos ((diced))
• 1/4 cup Lettuce ((shredded))
• 1/4 cup Tomatoes ((finely diced))
