Wheat berry meat loaf recipe

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups cooked Joseph's Grainery Soft White Wheat Berries
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup catsup
• 2 libras ground beef (we used ground turkey)
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 teaspoons salt (we only used 1 teaspoon salt)
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
