Chocolate & Stout Mousse Recipe — Gruvi – Grüvi

Ingredients

• 4 ripe avocados, pits removed
• 1/4 cup +2 tbsp. cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup + 3 1/2 tbsp. of maple syrup
• 3 tsp. of vanilla extract
• 1 tsp. of salt
• 1 cup of chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
• 1/2 tbsp. coconut butter
• 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp. of Grüvi Stout
• 1 shot of espresso*
• 1 tsp. of instant coffee
• 2 cups of cold heavy whipping cream
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
