• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 packets Cocoa Classics® Chocolate Supreme Hot Cocoa Mix
• 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
• ⅓ cup cocoa powder
• Pinch of salt
• 3 tbsp milk
• Mini marshmallows
