Ingredients: 2 oz Gin Mugo Citrus Distillerie Mitis; 1 oz Lemon juice; 1 oz Homemade rosemary and cherry syrup; 2 oz Yuzu Soda 1642; Rosemary and cherry sprigs; Rosemary syrup: 350 ml sugar, 350 ml water, a few sprigs of rosemary, 6 crushed ripe cherries. Bring to the boil, simmer for 20 minutes, filter and cool in a bottle.
