Ingredients

• 12 slider buns
• 3 tbsp pesto
• 1 jar (250 ml) M’Lord grilled vegetables , drained and roughly chopped
• 4 slices provolone-style cheese
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 jar M’Lord Spicy Gherkins , for garnish
• For the Marinated Chicken:
• 2½ cups chicken strips
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2½ tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 heaping tsp minced garlic
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
• ½ tsp thyme
• ¼ tsp salt
• ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
• Black pepper, to taste
• For the Garlic Butter:
• 2 tbsp butter
• ½ tsp minced garlic (from a jar)
• 1 tsp fresh parsley
