• 1 small leek white part only diced
• 1 16 ounce bag frozen petite sweet corn
• 2 medium orange fleshed sweet potatoes yams peeled and finely diced
• 3 celery stalks diced
• 1 zucchini diced
• 1 yellow crookneck squash diced
• 1 carrot peeled and finely diced
• 1 15 ounce can Progresso cannellini beans rinsed and drained
• 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
• 3 bay leaves
• 6 cups Health Valley vegetable broth
