- 3/4 Cup Dean’s Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar (divided use)
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- Vegetable Oil for frying
- 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 Tbsp of Caramel Sauce/Drizzle
