- Indian Tonic
- Sprig of thyme and a slice of lemon, to garnish
- 1 sugar cube
- Splash of soda water
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Orange peel, to garnish
- 30 ml Marie Classic Dry gin
- 30 ml Campari
- 60 ml Prosecco
- Fresh orange slice, to garnish
- 50 ml Marie Classic Dry gin
- 20 ml of Lemon Juice
- 10 ml of Sugar Syrup
- 10 ml of Elderflower Cordial
- Soda Water for topping up
- Herb sprigs, to garnish
