Ingredients

• 12 chicken drumsticks
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 3 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger
• 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
• 3 large cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 medium red onion very finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• ½ cup cider vinegar
• ½ cup tomato sauce
• 1 fresh red chilli deseeded and very finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped flat leaf parsley
