• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tbsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• Cooking spray or additional butter for cooking
