• 1 piece Bay Leaf
• 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorn
• 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
• 1 piece large potato cubed
• 1 piece large carrot cubed
• 1 head garlic chopped
• 1 piece onion chopped
• 1 piece thum-sized ginger chopped
• 1 piece siling labuyo sliced
• 1 piece small red bell pepper diced
• 1 piece small green bell pepper diced
• 1 1/2 tablespoon Curry Powder
• 2 sachets 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
• 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
• 1 cup Fresh Coconut Cream
• 1 tablespoon minced Cilantro
