Carnation® | Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge
Two popular flavours are combined together in one incredible fudge. Topped off with chopped peanuts, it’s smooth, nutty and downright delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups 400mL granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup 150mL Carnation® Evaporated Milk
- 2 tbsp 30mL butter
- ½ tsp 2mL salt
- 2 cups 500mL miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup 250mL semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp 5mL vanilla extract
- 1 cup 250mL peanut butter
- ½ cup 125mL chopped peanuts
