- 1 pound (454 grams) ground beef
- 1/3 cup Gefen Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 – 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk, such as Gefen Almond Milk
