Ingredients

• 4 strips good quality bacon
• 1 Tb.olive oil
• 2 cloves of garlic minced
• 1/2 onoin diced
• 1 tsp. curry
• 1 Tb. sugar
• 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
• 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
• 2 Tb. drien oregano
• 1 tsp. dried basil
• salt and pepper
• 1 Tb. grainy dijon mustard
