Peanut Butter Chocolate Blossoms (Cookie Recipe)

Ingredients

• - 48 Hershey's Kisses
• - 1/2 cup of shortening
• - 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
• - 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
• - 1/3 cup of light brown sugar, packed
• - 1 egg
• - 2 tablespoons of milk
• - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• - 1-1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
• - 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• - Additional granulated sugar (for coating)
• - 48 Hershey's Chocolate Kisses
• - 1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
• - 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• - 2 cups of all-purpose baking mix (Bisquick etc)
• - 1/4 cup (maybe more) of granulated sugar for coating
