• 1 medium size peeled and cored (get rid of the seeds) cucumber
• 2 medium size fresh young green onions (cut and keep half of the green stock/leaves)
• 1/2 lb well drained cottage cheese
• 1/2 liter chilled mineral water
• table salt and grounded half hot red pepper
