Homemade Pizza Dough & Sauce - Tom Aikens

Ingredients

• 1.7kg of Pizza Flour
• 50g salt
• 1 liter warm water
• 50g olive oil
• 3g dried yeast
• 3 tins of very good quality tinned tomatoes drained
• 3 crushed garlic cloves (not chopped)
• Few sprigs of rosemary
• Thyme
• 2 bay leaf
• 20g oregano
• 15g caster sugar
• 12g coarse salt
• 50ml olive oil
• 15g basil
