Roasted Corn with Smoky Lime Butter - Barrie Hill Farms
I made another trip last week to Barrie Hill Farms and came away with the most delicious corn ever and made this deliciuos salad.
Ingredients
- 6 Fresh ears of corn, unpeeled and in husks.
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
