Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (30g) finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup (30g) finely chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon (1g) dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1 red chilli deseeded + finely diced
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup (115ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (4g) flaky sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- Handful of chopped green olives
