- 250 g Corn Kernels
- 25 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Tajin Seasoning
- 1 tsp Cumin (ground)
- 1 each Avocado
- 150 mlSour Cream
- 1 each Lime (juice and zest)
