Ingredients

• 1 cup (8.5 oz) brewed coffee, I use this clean decaf
• ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
• 1-2 egg yolks (from organic, free range eggs)
• 2 tablespoons grass-fed collagen , optional
• 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2-3 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia
